About the role:

Lead and mentor a team of associates.
Understand the needs, queries and issues and find immediate solutions to resolve their problems.
Manage & Resolve complex issues / Escalations / Grievances raised by the students
Taking complete ownership of upselling, referrals and renewals vertical.
Establish & monitor the processes which best utilise team talents for meeting goals
Leads projects within the team to achieve milestones and objectives
Work on building new processes from planning to execution
Driving product adoption & ensuring a delightful experience for the students
Measure and maintain student and parent NPS
Collate customer feedback and provide inputs for product improvements to the product team
Goes without saying, good communication skills and will do whatever it takes to get the job done: happy and paying customers.

To be successful in this role, you must have

1. A degree in Computer Science

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Excellent skills in MS Office, documentation

4. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills

5. Project management: Remarkable detail orientation for making accurate trackers

6. Database management: Quick query response and resolution

7. Ability to analyse large amounts of data

8. Operations Experience: The role requires an analytical, structured, detail-obsessed approach

9. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

10. At least 1 year of experience working in a Managerial position

11. Experience working in the K12 educational system is a big advantage

Salary: 4L-6L CTC + performance variable upto 1L + stock options
