Customer Service Adviser
What will you be doing?
We are on a journey to provide the most efficient service for our corporate mobile customers. As a Customer Service Adviser in this team, you will be providing support and resolution to customers from large and small businesses who are facing challenges with their Mobile based product/service with Vodafone. You will own the customer relationship, handling and resolving calls, emails and webchat messages in an efficient and timely manner. The role will also include liaising with other departments within Vodafone Corporate to resolve account queries. Corporate Account and Service Managers will also require support to ensure the smooth running of the customer accounts.

- Communication skills - being able to speak in a clear, concise and confident manner.
- Resilient and able to adapt to changes in policies and procedures within the role.
- Be a team player whilst also working well independently at home.
- Able to identify suitable resolutions first time, to ensure first call resolution.
- Be able to take accountability and ownership of customer queries to ensure they are resolved in a time effective way.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn.
Remote working requirements:
- Reliable internet connectivity. A LAN cable is preferable but not essential providing your internet meets the below minimum speeds:
- Minimum download speed = 10 mbps, minimum upload speed = 5mbps
- Able to work in a private and distraction free space that must have a door that you can close to keep out the noise where your laptop screen will not be visible to others due to Data Protection.
- You will be provided with a laptop and headset, additional items can be ordered through the system upon joining the business.
