Virtual Hiring for Customer Service- Chat Process


Job Description:

1. Provides customer support by email or instant message to consumers. Serves as primary

contact for inbound customer issues. Escalates more technical product-related issues to

proper Product Support department.

2. Processes a high volume of consumer inquiries of FIS products and services and resolves a

targeted percentage of those inquiries.

3. Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and

resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.

4.When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to appropriate

resource. Follows up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate

solution and expand overall knowledge.

5.Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information.

Meets standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle

time.

6.May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates -

Consumer.

7. Other related duties assigned as needed.


Requirements:

  1. We are ok to Hire Freshers & candidates with 0-2yrs of work experience.
  2. We hire Graduate / Undergraduate for this role.
  3. Candidate should have good written/ Verbal English.
  4. Good Typing Speed.(90 % accuracy .25 wpm)


Additional Information:


  • Candidate should be flexible with Rotational shifts & Rotational Week offs
  • 5 days working
  • One side cab facility available
  • Salary offered - INR 18400 per month in hand over and above Incentives are based on your performance
