Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work on written information forms, applications of the students.
- Maintain the data on sheets for record and follow up on calls with the students whose
applications are incomplete.
- Engage and help customers with our services and know their feedback
- Contact potential customers for more services and follow-ups
- Record and analyse calls data; Discuss service improvements with team members
Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
● Proficient typing and transcription.
● Computer and technical skills
● Organizational and time management abilities.
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Good customer service skills.
● Accuracy and attention to detail.
● Experience of application process working in study abroad industry.
