  • Fit enough to work throughout in night shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify needs into sourcing, screening and assessment strategies to identify superior candidates for open positions.
  • Technical and sales sourcing of top caliber professionals.
  • Utilizes multiple internet resources, including the recruiters own creative networking techniques to source candidates.
  • Identify passive candidates using Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, and ATS.
  • Thoroughly evaluate technical/sales candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements.
  • Finally assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and present candidates resume to the hiring manager to scrutinize.
