RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. You will spend most of your time creating new content (either videos or practice questions, depending on the role you choose)
2. You will also spend some of your time on -
a. Curating courses and advocating content.
b. Working with the rest of the team ensuring high quality work e.g. peer review, share & brainstorm ideas.
c. Editing content as needed to improve quality based on data and feedback.


YOU NEED:

1. Deep knowledge and expertise in Physics, Chem, or Bio (an advanced degree or teaching certification is a nice to have)
2. Great intuition for how students learn and insight into common misconceptions
3. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent English communication skills
4. Computer skills (e.g. familiarity with Google docs) and a willingness to learn how to use new tools
5. A passion for education and a desire to change the world!


A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

1. Familiar with CBSE/NCERT curricula and teaching methods
2. Experience creating learner-facing content, ideally in an online environment
3. Familiarity with Camtasia studios or similar editing products, digital pen and tablet image creation and
knowledge of image file sharing and integration. (For video creation roles only)
