What you might be doing on a typical weekend :
1. Continual efforts to receive and promptly respond to customers reaching out through calls.
2. Respond to customers concerns with compassion.
3. Quickly identify the pain points, provide solution and guide the customer through to resolution
4. Educate and empower our customers and provide better support through Licious.
5. Become an expert (Gastronauts) on Meat and on Licious processes and capabilities
6. Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back.

Compensation:
1.) Full day support over weekends (Sat and Sun) - Rs 1000 a day ( 8 hours of Login)
General Shift : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Or
Split Shift: 9:00 AM to 01:00 PM & 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Or
2.) 4 Hours support over weekends (Sat and Sun) - Rs 500 a day ( 4 hours of Login)
Login Time: 9:00 AM to 01:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- You will also get an additional bonus of 500 Rs per weekend if you achieve the below requirements:
- Active for 8 hours for Sat & Sun
- CSAT score of more than 90
- Quality score more than 75
- AHT less than 4 mins
- An additional bonus of 1000 INR will also be provided if you are present and achieved the above requirements for the entire month (4 weekends)
- All you need to do is be active for 4 or 8 hours on weekends. If you do not complete 4 active hours, you will not receive salary for the same and would be marked as Absent.
- If you do not complete 8 active hours in a day but completed 4 hours and less than 7 hours, it would be considered as half day and would be paid as per the above amount.
