PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments platform with over 280 million registered users. Using PhonePe, users can send and receive money, recharge mobile, DTH, data cards, pay at stores, make utility payments, buy gold, and make investments. PhonePe went live for customers in August 2016 and was the first non-banking UPI app and offered money transfer to individuals and merchants, recharges and bill payments to begin with. Position Responsibilities:
- Volume forecasting and capacity planning across different line of business and different channels of Merchant Helpdesk team and ensure SLAs are met month-on-month
- Create multiple Forecasting Models considering business inputs as variables like customer behaviour, decay, regression, time series.
- Drive forecast accuracy targets at a Month/Day/Interval level for various line of businesses
- Develop & deliver dashboards and presentations to senior management
- Proactive Detection, Alerts and Notifications on Gaps
- Work with outsourced partners and other internal departments to drive and achieve common goals
- Benchmark WFM practices, identify gaps and create roadmap to facilitate continuous transformation of WFM Services
- Follow Up and closures on monthly vendor RnP metrics and scores.
- Ability to handle business continuity plans
- Designing and producing MIS and reporting to meet management needs
- Generating periodic and adhoc MIS reports on traffic conversion as per deadlines
- Performing business analysis to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to handle PR/PO, Invoice validation and Pay-out process
Applicants Specifications & Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the contact center planning environment. Graduate in Maths /Statistics/Economics or planning management
- Advanced level expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Forecasting/Scheduling/Capacity Planning principles
- Understanding of WFM functioning and deliverables
- Good analytical skills for MIS, number-crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
