Roles and Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming / outgoing calls in an efficient & courteous manner with proper opening and closing.
2. Identify merchant questions, concerns, and overall needs.
3. Provide accurate answers and solutions to queries with proper tagging.
4. Address Merchant complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
5. Share learnings, experience with other Team Members.
6. Escalate critical issues to Team Leader.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must know basic Hindi + one of Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Telugu, Bengali
Should have own Laptop, Stable Internet Connection, Covid 19 2 Doses Of Vaccination Complete, Should have all the basic documents like PAN, Aadhaar, Education, Work Experience etc.
Notice Period - Should be able to join immediately
