Job Responsibilities:
- Identify needs in sourcing, screening, and assessment strategies to identify superior candidates for open positions.
- Utilizes multiple internet resources, including the recruiter's own creative networking techniques to source candidates.
- Identify passive candidates using Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, and ATS.
- Thoroughly evaluate technical/sales candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements.
- Finally assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and present candidates' resume to the hiring manager to scrutinize.
