Roles and Responsibilities :-
- This role involves both - Recruiting & HR Operations like Payroll, etc.
- Sourcing and filtering candidates before sending them for final interviews with upper management
- Releasing offer letters and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Executing payroll using RazorpayX, managing reimbursements, attendance, LOPs etc
- Managing departing employees, completing FnF etc.
Skills Required :-
- Applicant must have good communication skills in both, English and Hindi
- Must have strong knowledge of using job-listing platforms like Linkedin, Naukri, etc
- It is preferred if the applicant has an education (or has undertaken some course) in Human Resources
