Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Provide support to an organization in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
- Responsible for the full lifecycle search and recruitment of high-level candidates within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industries Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US Healthcare/NON IT Staffing domain.
- Responsible for the students enrollment program which mainly deals with enrolling of students for various medical /nursing training course at our training institute based in California.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the clients requirements and fil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for fresh female graduates who have passed out from any streams(MBA/B.TECH/BBA/B.COM/MA/BA)
- Willing to work in night shift (IST 7.30 PM -4.30 AM)
- Should have excellent communication skill (in English)
