Rackspace Technology - Rackspace Technology, Inc. is an American cloud computing company based in Windcrest, Texas, an inner suburb of San Antonio, Texas. The founders wanted to focus on application development–not hosting–but they were unable to find an opportunity to outsource the hosting work. Summary :-

Performs most reception area duties in addition to word processing and cleric tasks, as needed. Receives incoming calls, takes messages, accepts deliveries, and greets visitors.

Key Responsibilities :- 

• Answers incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner. Acts as a customer resource regarding products, company structure, and company operation in order to effectively direct incoming queries to the appropriate individuals. Maintains a neat and organized reception area. Periodically assists with light word processing or other clerical duties during slow periods.
Knowledge.

• Basic reception skills including call reception, message taking, delivery acceptance, and visitor greeting. Outgoing personality with a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to communicate technical information and ideas for others to understand. Capacity to work successfully in small groups while promoting inclusiveness. Ability to stay organized.

Skills Education :-

• High school diploma or equivalent required
Certifications Experience.

• 1 to 2 years of receptionist/phone console experience
Physical Demands.

• General office environment. Moderate levels of stress may occur at times. May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor. No special physical demands required. Schedule flexibility to include working a weekend day regularly and holidays as required by the business for 24/7 operations. Occasional travel, less than 10%. 


Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Rackspace Technology.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Service Specialist at Rackspace Technology is Rs 41,600 per month approximately which will be around 5.0 lakhs per year.
