Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Dial Daily 100 Calls from the data set provided
- Research on users who come to Yocket. The research will be via calls and scripted questions. This research will also lead to valuable insights for the company to make decisions.
- Understand the requirements, qualify the leads, and book demos for the conversion team
- Good articulation of requirements and understanding of the users
- Can use software with adequate training. CRM is one of the software that is used for tracking
- Adhering to the set targets and requirements given
- Open to feedback and changing processes quickly
- Use CRM to update the lead details and book demos
- He/she will be responsible for building rapport with students
- Maintain good target records
- Open to making from different sources
- Open to traveling
- Open to attending Virtual events and Physical events/seminars/Webinars
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a graduate degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Yocket.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Business Development Associate at Yocket is Rs 30,300 per month approximately which will be around 3.4 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below
- Good Verbal and Written Communication
- Willingness to do cold calls(minimum 80 in a day)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- -Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
Experienced or Fresher - Freshers and experienced both are eligible for Yocket.
