SBIF Asha Scholarship Program 2023 is a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiative of SBI Foundation which focuses on providing financial assistance to meritorious students from low-income families across India to ensure the continuity of their education. Under this scholarship program, college students pursuing first year of undergraduate studies from top NIRF universities/colleges and IITs, MBA/PGDM from IIMs, and PhD from premier institutions are entitled to receive a scholarship of up to INR 5,00,000 for one year.
1. SBI Youth Online Scholarship Program 2023
SBI Youth for India Fellowship 2023-24 is an initiative of the State Bank of India (SBI) Foundation in collaboration with various leading NGOs for Undergraduate graduates under the age group of 21-32 years.
These scholarships are offered to India’s brightest young people as an opportunity to live and work in rural communities to help address pressing rural development challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Indian Citizens or Indian Foreigners aged between 21-32 on the program start date.
- Applicants must have completed at least a bachelor’s degree before commencing their studies.
Prizes and rewards: INR 60,000 and a certificate of completion

2. SBI Asha Online Scholarship Program
The SBIF Asha Scholarship Program 2023 is an initiative of the SBI Foundation under Vertical Education – Mission Integrated Learning (ILM) to provide financial support to deserving students from low-income families across India to ensure the continuity of their education. Under this scholarship program, students pursuing first-year undergraduate studies at top universities/colleges and IITs from NIRF, MBAs/PGDMs from IIM, and Ph.D. students from top-class institutions are eligible for scholarships of up to INR 5,000 for 1 year. Buddy4Study is the implementing partner of this scholarship program
Eligibility Criteria
Open to Indian students pursuing first-year undergraduate from top universities/colleges and IIT NIRF, MBA/PGDM from IIM, and Ph.D. graduated from a reputable institution.
Applicants must have achieved at least 75% of points in the previous academic year.
Their annual family income must be less than INR 3 lakh
