TNDALU Admission Counselling 2023

The Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University conducts TNDALU 2023 counselling for shortlisted candidates; the counselling is conducted separately for:

  1. School of Excellence in Law, and

  2. Affiliated Law Colleges.

Step 1: Preference Selection

Eligible candidates will have to:

  • login to counselling portal using their application number and date of birth

  • select their preference of courses (B.A/B.B.A.LL.B (Hons.)) and colleges

Choices have to be entered in the order of preference.

Step 2 - Allotment of Seats

The allotment of seats will be made on the basis of:

  • Options selected by the candidates, and

  • Merit Rank

Step 3 - Download of seat allotment letter

  • Login to the seat allotment portal

  • Click on the TNDALU 2023 seat allotment letter and download it

  • To accept the seat, pay the seat acceptance fee.

Candidates will be notified about seat allotment through SMS/ Mail notifications.

Payment of fee: Fee can be paid either Online or Offline. Offline payment can be made by downloading the Fee Remittance Challan (Canara Bank) given on the course choice window page.

How will TNDALU 2023 Seat Allotment be Made?

Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University will not conduct any separate entrance exam, as admission will be based on qualifying exam marks.

TNDALU 2023 admission process: 3-year LLB programme

  • The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the undergraduate exam; the aggregate of all subjects will be considered, excluding languages

  • If the language itself is the subject, in such a case the percentage of the said examination will be considered.

TNDALU 2023 admission process: 5-year LLB programme

  • Percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent exam, excluding languages.

  • Note that marks obtained in the first attempt only will be considered for ranking purposes.

TNDALU Counselling 2023 - Document to be produced at time of counselling

  • Counselling letter

  • Medical documents

  • TNDALU 2023 rank card

  • 4-6 passport-size photographs

  • Mark sheet and pass certificates of qualifying exam

  • High school and senior secondary examination documents

  • Bank draft (if payment made in offline mode).
